Job Description

Public Area Attendants are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of all lobbies and public facilities, representing the hotel to guests, assisting with guest needs, and completing daily duties and projects in accordance with Hulsing Hotels' principles, policies, and standards.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

1. Follow all housekeeping policies, procedures, and standards.
2. Complete all department Daily Checklists and shift reports before the end of your shift and submit them to the department manager.
3. Clean all atrium/recreation areas daily, including trash removal, debris pickup, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting furniture and fixtures, and cleaning windows and glass.
4. Maintain cleanliness and replenish supplies in all public restrooms regularly.
5. Clean, replenish, and organize the pool area.
6. Maintain professionalism, friendliness, and helpfulness in all guest interactions.
7. Ensure a clean and professional appearance, maintain confidentiality, and protect company assets.
8. Perform other duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skills Required

1. High School Diploma or at least one year of experience as a room attendant or in a related field.
2. Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred.
3. Team-oriented, empathetic, friendly, and proactive.
4. Well-organized with the ability to prioritize tasks.
