Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a 2nd shift Public Area Attendant to maintain the cleanliness of hotel public spaces and ensure a polished guest experience. Start times are 3/4pm with part-time hours available.

You’ll restock supplies, strip rooms when needed, and keep lobbies, restrooms, and pool areas in top condition. Training will be provided, and the role emphasizes initiative and reliability.

• Maintain public restrooms and replenish supplies.
• Manage pool area cleanliness and spa water checks.
• Keep exercise room tidy and equipment clean.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

We are seeking someone to join our team as a 2nd shift Public Area Attendant. This person must have an available start time of 3/4pm, understanding part time hours are available.

As a Public Area Attendant, you’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean, welcoming environment in all hotel public spaces, ensuring guests enjoy a comfortable and polished experience.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Assist the team in providing the highest quality of service and cleanliness in the public areas of the hotel.


• Restock linen closets and storage rooms with linens and supplies.


• Strip guest rooms of linen and trash when necessary.


• Vacuum and/or mop hallways and stairwells.


• Maintain the lobby by cleaning the registration desk, vacuuming, and removing fingerprints from glass doors.


• Clean and maintain public restrooms, including sinks, toilets, floors, and replenish supplies as needed.


• Maintain the pool area by replenishing supplies, removing trash, cleaning tables and glass doors, checking spa water, and testing bromine levels.


• Clean and organize the exercise room by wiping equipment, mirrors, and glass doors, removing trash, and vacuuming.


• Perform other duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring

• A desire to take initiative and be self-motivated in an entry-level role.


• Good judgment and problem-solving skills.


• Completion of training and certification sign-off.


• Ability to lift, carry, or move up to 10 lbs. regularly and 25 lbs. occasionally.


• Ability to stand and move for extended periods of time.
