The Public Area Attendant is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and overall appearance of the lobby area. This role supports the company's goals, objectives, vision, mission, and values.

Essential Functions

• Distribute linen and supplies to designated areas in the hotel according to established par levels
• Report linen shortages or discrepancies to the manager or supervisor
• Remove trash from work areas, including the loading dock/dumpster and cleaning carts
• Maintain storage and distribution areas in a clean and organized manner
• Keep guest corridors clean, sweeping, washing floors, vacuuming carpets, dusting, and cleaning fixtures
• Deliver goods, supplies, linen, and assist with making up beds and delivering cribs and roll-away beds

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior hospitality experience preferred

Physical Requirements

Must be able to stand for up to 7 hours, lift up to 50 lbs regularly, push/pull carts weighing up to 250 lbs, and perform various physical tasks including bending, stretching, and climbing.
