Job Specific
- Follow OSHA regulations and all policies set by the Housekeeping department.
- Provide excellent guest relations and maintain a positive attitude to ensure the best guest experience.
- Anticipate guest needs, demonstrating sensitivity and responsiveness for guest satisfaction and repeat business.
- Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and able to explain locations and hours.
- Perform cleaning duties in a timely and professional manner, including lobby, restrooms, hallways, and guestrooms.
- Operate cleaning equipment properly and maintain cleanliness of surfaces and areas.
- Report maintenance issues promptly.
- Assist with special cleaning projects and room preparations.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the Housekeeping storeroom and linen closets.
- Support other departments and perform additional duties as assigned.
