Jobot is seeking an experienced Associate Attorney specializing in Public Agency Litigation to join our Sacramento team. The role is permanent, full-time and involves handling a variety of public agency litigation matters with senior attorneys and partners.

The attorney will draft, review, and negotiate contracts, conduct legal research, prepare briefs and motions, and provide sound guidance to public agency clients on diverse legal issues. Strong communication and ethics are essential.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school.
• Admission to the State Bar in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years in public agency litigation with municipal law, CEQA, construction defect experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of public agency litigation matters (municipal law, civil litigation, CEQA, construction defect).
• Represent public agencies, cities, counties, and districts in litigation.
• Interpret and advise on local government laws and regulations.
