Job summary

The Tahoe Transportation District invites applications for a Fleet and Facilities Supervisor. You will plan, supervise and review maintenance of revenue buses, non-revenue vehicles, passenger amenities, facilities and equipment to ensure safety and readiness.

Under the Transit Program Manager you will lead technical staff, develop procedures, manage work orders, monitor budgets and procurement, and provide detailed reports and guidance to management.

Responsibilities

• Plans, organizes, assigns, supervises, schedules, and reviews the work of staff in the Fleet and Facilities Division; trains staff in work procedures; assigns and manages work orders, evaluates employee performance, counsels employees, and effectively administers initial disciplinary action.
