Job summary

Bully Pulpit International is seeking a dynamic public affairs professional to help develop communications strategies for campaigns. You will work with clients to identify needs, craft messages, and deliver bespoke solutions that align with business objectives.

You will support day-to-day account activities, participate in strategy execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality results and timely delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of public affairs, strategic communications or public relations experience, preferably in a communications agency, nonprofit, political or corporate communications setting.
• Exceptional presentation, writing and analytical skills and the ability to write both strategically and creatively under tight timelines.
• Proven project management experience.
• Experience working on the Hill and/or pitching political reporters required.

Responsibilities

• Support client engagements and assist with day-to-day account activities under the guidance of senior team members, helping ensure timelines and plans align with goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional team members to manage tasks and workloads, supporting client objectives and growth.
• Draft and execute communications plans across earned/owned channels, assist media outreach, and prepare materials for client engagements.
