Job summary

Torch Technologies, a 100% employee-owned defense contractor, seeks a Public Affairs Specialist to support the C3BM division at WPAFB in Dayton, OH. The role covers strategic communications, press content, events, and stakeholder engagement with government, industry, academia, and international partners.

US citizenship with a related degree and 3+ years DoD experience, plus Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility, are required.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship required with Bachelor’s or Master’s in a related field and 3+ years of experience with the DoW.
Must have and be able to maintain a Top Secret Clearance with current SCI eligibility.

Responsibilities

Support the planning and execution of strategic programs including communications, public affairs, outreach and events.
Coordinate high-visibility events and strengthen stakeholder engagement across government, industry, academia, and international partners.
Manage events, outreach programs, campaigns and assignments to ensure alignment with government leadership and stakeholders.
Develop and manage message content for consistency across the division.
Plan and execute special events such as ceremonies and official visits per project requirements.
Support division conference exhibits and contribute to strategic communications and major events.
