Job summary

Qualifications

U.S. citizenship may be required.
Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree with 12 years of experience, including at least 3 years in the DoD.
Extensive DoD public affairs, protocol, and event management experience.
Excellent writing and communication skills for press releases, articles, and speeches.
Knowledge of agency program planning, funding, and management information systems.
Travel may be required.

Responsibilities

Support and manage events, outreach programs, campaigns, ceremonies, and assignments.
Manage message content to ensure division-wide consistency.
Plan, coordinate, and execute special events including ceremonies and official visits.
Support division conference exhibit activities.
Contribute to strategic initiatives, including drafting press releases and communications strategies.
Coordinate outreach to stakeholders across government, industry, academia, and international partners.
