The role interfaces with local/state agencies, communities, and external consultants, advancing the project schedule while supporting investor relations and public communications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Public Policy, Political Science, Government Affairs, Urban Planning, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience coordinating permitting, regulatory, or project schedules for large-scale manufacturing, energy, or infrastructure projects.
  • Experience coordinating with government agencies, economic development organizations, and community organizations; strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Track and proactively manage permitting and regulatory schedule against the master construction timeline.
  • Coordinate and track local and state permitting, licensing, approvals, and regulatory requirements with authorities.
  • Liaise with permitting authorities, government agencies, and external consultants to ensure timely submissions and approvals.
  • Coordinate with project, engineering, legal, environmental, and construction teams to align interdependent workstreams and maintain a permitting tracker.
  • Build relationships with government agencies and community stakeholders; support government and community engagement strategies.
  • Assist the Investor Relations team with U.S.-related investor communications and project disclosures.
