Lancesoft seeks a field outreach coordinator for a two-year assignment based in South Plainfield, NJ, covering Mercer, Middlesex, and Union counties. The role splits time between field and office tasks and requires driving to multiple municipalities daily.

The candidate should have a BS/BA (or a high school diploma with experience) and strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook and Excel. Mileage/tolls are reimbursed, and local candidates are preferred.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree; high school diploma with relevant experience acceptable.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in business/communications.
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Outlook and Excel (pivot tables, formulas).
• Experience with canvassing and door-to-door delivery.
• Must possess and maintain a valid U.S. Driver’s license and a safe driving record.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate field outreach to notify customers and businesses of construction impacts; set weekly schedules.
• Maintain safety and logistics for field outreach and adjust for field conditions.
• Track field notification data (streets, businesses, homes, facilities) and escalate issues.
• Manage inventory of outreach materials and track monthly expenditures.
• Prepare operational and ad-hoc reports from the existing system; support website updates.
• Walk 7–10 miles per day delivering door hangers; deliver 600–700 hangers daily across multiple municipalities.
• Receive outreach requests and prepare letters, door hangers, and route maps for delivery.
