Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; graduate degree in public policy, administration, or business preferred.
• Experience with policy analysis to inform decision-making and drive organizational effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and analyze legislative and regulatory developments affecting Aon and the insurance industry.
• Translate policy developments into clear insights for business leaders and internal stakeholders.
• Support government relations activities, advocacy meetings, regulatory meetings and industry partnerships.
• Attend state regulatory meetings as needed.
• Coordinate materials for meetings and advocacy work across North America.
