Keenfinity is seeking a Public Address Technical Sales Support specialist in the United States to drive growth of the Bosch Public Address & Voice Alarm portfolio. You will blend market development with technical pre-sales, supporting projects and influencing specifications across regions and industries.

You will act as a trusted advisor to consultants, end users, integrators, and internal teams, ensuring technical readiness and alignment with GTM strategies. Some travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–5 years of experience in technical support, technical sales support, or related client-facing role.
• Strong technical aptitude with the ability to clearly communicate technical solutions to diverse audiences.
• Familiarity with public address (PA) systems and audio technologies.
• Hands-on experience with AoIP systems.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts and infrastructure.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Aufgaben

• Grow PA portfolio revenue by influencing specifications and winning strategic projects.
• Qualify and develop PA opportunities across defined regions and vertical markets.
• Support major pursuits with technical support, solution positioning and competitive differentiation.
• Serve as a Public Address subject matter expert to Regional Sales Managers and Business Development teams.
• Define and execute Public Address GTM strategies aligned with regional priorities via the growth team.
• Provide market feedback on competitors, customer needs and product gaps to marketing and product management.
• Provide L2 regional technical support for PA systems including architecture, design reviews, and validation.
• Assist with project designs, drawings and technical documentation for bids and proposals.
• Support system commissioning strategy, escalation handling and resolution of L2 issues.
• Act as a technical liaison between growth team and level three application support.
• Support internal and external Sales/Growth training initiatives.
• Capture Voice of Customer insights and participate in roadmap planning discussions.
• Support certification efforts related to Public Address standards and regulations.
• Represent Public Address at industry events, trade shows, roadshows and customer briefings.
