LeoForce is seeking a Senior Public Accounting Controller in Tulsa, OK to oversee payroll and accounting services for varied clients. The role focuses on client consulting, team leadership for the Accounting Services group, and collaboration with tax and payroll functions.

The position requires CPA preferred but not required, plus strong QuickBooks proficiency, with a hybrid in-office 2-3 days per week schedule. Manage multiple projects and develop the services team.

Qualifications

• BS/Master’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration.
• 5 years of public accounting experience managing clients and supporting an accounting services team.
• CPA license preferred but not required.
• Proficient in QuickBooks and other relevant software.

Responsibilities

• Consulting engagements with clients and managing relationships and expectations.
• Assist tax department with tax strategy and issues.
• Supervise 5-7 accounting services staff to develop and engage with the process.
• Oversee training programs for staff and expand the Paylocity video library.
• Review and release monthly/quarterly/annual recurring project workflows.
• Oversee payroll tax forms preparation and payroll processing services.
• Assist in onboarding new clients and developing standardized services.
