McMenamins Spar Cafe in Olympia, WA is hiring an Assistant-Assistant Manager (AAM) to oversee pub operations under the Pub Manager. The role includes hosting, supervising servers, taking orders, delivering beverages, cashiering, POS operation, and ensuring a clean, well-stocked work area.

You will help solve issues and train staff in a fast-paced team setting. The position requires 2 years of high-volume serving/bartending, a current food handlers card and WA liquor license, and availability for

Qualifications

• Food handlers license and WA liquor license
• 21+ years
• 2 years high-volume serving and/or bartending experience
• FT with flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Assist in pub operations and manage opening/closing duties
• Supervise servers, host, and ensure smooth shift
• Take and deliver food and beverage orders and handle payments
• Operate POS system and maintain clean, stocked work areas
• Train staff and handle scheduling and labor control
• Address customer service issues and report to managers
