Job summary

MacroFab, Inc. is seeking a skilled PTH & Selective Solder Technician in Houston, Texas. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience with through-hole soldering on PCBs and operation of selective solder machines. Responsibilities include soldering components, ensuring quality per IPC standards, and maintaining a clean workspace.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with through-hole soldering on PCBs.
• Proven experience operating and programming selective solder machines.
• Ability to read and interpret machine programs and work instructions.

Responsibilities

• Solder electronic components on PCBs using through-hole techniques.
• Set up, operate, and perform basic maintenance on selective solder machines.
• Follow assembly instructions, schematics, and diagrams to ensure correct component placement.
