Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years hands-on through-hole soldering experience.
• Experience setting up and programming selective solder machines.
• Able to read schematics, diagrams and assembly instructions.

Responsibilities

• Solder components on PCBs using through-hole techniques.
• Set up, operate, and maintain selective solder machines.
• Program, adjust, and monitor solder machines for proper temperatures and flux.
• Follow instructions and inspect assemblies per IPC standards.
• Maintain clean, organized work area per ESD and safety rules.
• Meet production quotas and deadlines.
