Aptiva Health is a rapidly growing, multi-specialty medical group with several locations throughout Kentucky and one in Indianapolis dedicated to delivering comprehensive orthopedic and acute-injury care through a collaborative, multidisciplinary model. We are currently looking to hire a Physical Therapist Assistant part-time or full-time for our Indianapolis, IN location.

Qualifications

• PTA certification required to practice.
• NPI number required for provider identification.
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patients by reviewing histories and documenting findings.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy under the PT supervision.
• Instruct patients on exercises and home programs to improve mobility.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to the PT.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with documentation standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
