Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering individualized treatment plans.
• Evaluate patients by reviewing histories and documenting findings.
• Administer therapeutic exercises and manual therapy under the PT supervision.
• Instruct patients on exercises and home programs to improve mobility.
• Monitor progress and communicate changes to the PT.
• Maintain accurate patient records and comply with documentation standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist the Physical Therapist in delivering individualized treatment plans to improve patient mobility, function, and quality of life.
• Evaluate patients by reviewing medical histories, conducting assessments, and documenting findings.
• Administer therapeutic exercises, functional activities, manual therapy techniques, and other treatment interventions under the direction of a Physical Therapist.
• Instruct and motivate patients in therapeutic exercises, use of assistive devices, and home exercise programs.
• Monitor patient progress, document treatment outcomes, and communicate changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with documentation standards.
• Follow infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines to maintain a safe clinical environment.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide high-quality, patient-centered care.
• Participate in continuing education and professional development to maintain clinical knowledge and skills.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support patient care and clinic operations.
• Must be able to complete training at our corporate office in Louisville, KY.
