Job summary

Trilogy Health Services in Indianapolis, IN is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to deliver therapeutic interventions under the supervision of a Physical Therapist. The role focuses on implementing treatment plans and promoting patient progress.

You will work in an interdisciplinary team, document responses, educate patients and families, and support overall patient care. We offer weekly pay and comprehensive benefits starting after the first month.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain a current state PTA licensure.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Implement treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises and modalities.
• Observe patient responses, document progress, and report to the Physical Therapist.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation of patients' responses and progress.
• Provide patient and family instructions on exercises and safety.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
