Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to support our physical therapy team in a home health setting across the United States. The PTA will assist therapists in improving mobility and daily living skills for patients in their homes.

Candidates should have an active PTA license and ideally at least one year of clinical and home health experience to contribute to high quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Be currently licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in the state of employment.
• A minimum of one year of clinical experience is preferred.
• A minimum of one year of home health experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Physical Therapists to treat patients with physical impairments using modalities to improve mobility and daily living skills.
• Support patient independence through rehabilitation exercises and functional training.
