Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a qualified Physical Therapist Assistant to work under licensed Physical Therapists, helping patients improve mobility and independence through therapeutic modalities and daily living skills.

Must hold a current PTA license in the state, have a valid driver’s license, automobile liability insurance, dependable transportation, and be able to drive in all weather conditions.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed PTA in the state of employment.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Must possess automobile liability insurance.
• Must have dependable transportation, kept in good working conditions.
• Must be able to drive automobile in all types of weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients with physical impairments through the use of physical modalities under the direction of Physical Therapists.
• Help patients improve mobility and independence in daily living activities.
