Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implements treatment plans designed by Physical Therapists, including exercises, manual therapy and modalities.
• Observes patient responses, documents progress, and reports findings to the supervising PT.
• Maintains up-to-date documentation on patient responses and progress.
• Instructs patients and families on exercises and safety precautions.
• Supports Therapists in evaluating patient needs and progress.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary team for comprehensive care.
• Other duties as assigned.
