Job summary

Saber Healthcare Group is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our skilled nursing facility therapy team. The role focuses on restoring residents to optimal function and helping patients meet therapy goals within the SNF setting.

Responsibilities include educating patients on continuing exercises post-discharge and coordinating with the care team. Full-time and part-time opportunities are available, with wage details listed below and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must have an Associate’s Degree in a Physical Therapy Assistant program from an accredited college or university.
• Must possess a current, unencumbered license to practice as a Physical Therapy Assistant within the state in which you work.
• Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate through various software programs, including service delivery software and the electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Return resident to optimal physical function and facilitate achievement of patient goals in a SNF setting.
• Instruct the patient in maintaining achieved level of function after discharge through education and independent exercise programs.
