Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant to help patients regain mobility in in-facility settings, reporting to the Director of Rehab.

You will implement therapy plans, monitor progress, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and support patient-centered care across our network.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementing physical therapy programs and activities.
• Follow recovery plans and deliver therapy treatments to patients.
• Collaborate with the rehab team to address whole-patient needs.
• Provide compassionate care and document patient progress.

Education
