Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our in-facility rehab team. You will implement PTA programs, follow recovery plans, and deliver targeted therapies to patients.

We value mentorship for new grads, ongoing CEUs, and a supportive environment with opportunities for growth. Reporting to the Director of Rehab, you will collaborate with clinicians across disciplines to restore function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant Program certified by the American Physical Therapy Association.
• Licensed and/or eligible for licensure as required by the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Implement physical therapy programs and activities per recovery plans.
• Deliver therapy treatments and monitor patient progress.
• Collaborate with peers and refer patients when needed.
• Maintain patient-centered care in a compassionate environment.
• Support the patient’s overall well-being and functional goals.
• Engage in team-based care with reporting to Director of Rehab.
