• Active Florida PTA license required
• Caring attitude and strong teamwork skills
• Experience in skilled nursing or rehab is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Follow the treatment plan set by the Physical Therapist
• Guide residents in exercises, mobility training, strengthening, balance work and fine motor activities
• Document progress, challenges, and improvements in the medical record and communicate updates to the Physical Therapist and care team
