Qualifications

• Associate degree from accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.
• License to practice as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the State of Tennessee.
• Supervision by a licensed therapist of record as needed.

Responsabilités

• Plan, organize and adjust the daily schedule to optimally use time, space and equipment.
• Utilize appropriate treatment techniques based on the latest standards of practice for the diagnosis.
• Use appropriate tests and measurements for patient age and problems.
• Develop objective and measurable goals supported by the evaluation.
• Develop a treatment plan aligned with the goals.
• Participate in training and provide education to team members.
• Document patient records accurately and timely to reflect progress.
• Complete departmental and corporate forms accurately and timely.
