Job summary

Soddy-Daisy Healthcare Center in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to provide physical therapy services under a licensed PT. You will support treatment plans, supervise rehab technicians, and coordinate with an interdisciplinary team to promote patient mobility and independence.

Responsibilities

• Reports to the Director of Rehabilitation and Physical Therapist.
• Assist in initial evaluations and input as appropriate.
• Implement treatment per the established plan of care.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and billing in compliance with guidelines.
• Maintain patient-centered interactions with the team and facility staff.
• Provide supervision to rehab technicians during group and individual treatment.
• Integrate PT services into facility and interdisciplinary treatment plans.
