Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join the care team in our skilled nursing facilities in Tampa, FL. You will provide PTA services to residents in SNF settings and collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety and independence.

We offer a full-time role with an hourly pay rate, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and comprehensive benefits including 401(k), generous PTO, medical, dental, and vision coverage.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
