Job summary

Relient Health is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a Skilled Nursing Facility in Santa Fe, NM. This full-time role offers Monday–Friday schedules, direct hire, and a supportive rehab team dedicated to helping patients regain independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
• Current NM license (or eligibility to obtain)
• New grads and experienced PTAs welcome!
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy services under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Assist in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Document patient progress using EMR systems
• Foster strong communication with PTs, OTs, SLPs, and nursing staff
• Promote patient independence and mobility
