Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for SNF settings in Florida. This PRN role supports residents' safety, function and independence, working within dedicated therapy gyms alongside an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited PTA program.

• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.
• Support residents' functional goals with evidence-based interventions.
