Job summary

Step Up Rehab in Florida seeks a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to join our SNF team on a PRN basis. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life.

We offer realistic caseloads, modern rehab gyms, and a supportive culture. A graduate of an accredited PTA program with an active Florida license (or license-eligible) is required and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
