Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health and Rehabilitation Center and Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation Center – Sarasota. As a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) in a Skilled Nursing Facility, you will work in dedicated therapy gyms to help residents regain function and independence through skilled, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety and function.
• Improve residents' quality of life through skilled therapies.

Education

Graduate of an accredited PTA program
