Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider for The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health and Rehabilitation Center, and Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sarasota, FL. The PTA will deliver skilled therapy services within SNFs, collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve residents’ safety and independence.

The role emphasizes compassionate care with modern rehab gyms and supportive leadership that values clinician well-being and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Education

Graduate of an accredited PTA program

Active Florida PTA license

SNF or post-acute experience preferred
