Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking an experienced Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) licensed in CT to work in SNF / LTC settings on a contract basis.

The ideal candidate has at least 1 year of PTA experience in SNF/LTC, holds a CT PTA license (or is in the process), and is capable of meeting the demands of a local contract position including flexible scheduling and timely pay. This role requires accountability and alignment with Centra's mission to provide quality care across America.
