Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, FL, is partnering with Step Up Rehab to hire a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time SNF role. You will provide skilled PTA services to residents and work within an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

This position offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay ($28–$38/hr depending on experience), and a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company match, PTO, medical/dental/vision,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Education
