Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed PTA to provide skilled therapy to residents in SNFs, working inside dedicated therapy gyms at Ybor City and Tampa Lakes facilities. You will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life for residents.

We offer a full-time role with hourly pay, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, and a supportive leadership culture. Active FL PTA license (or license-eligible) and SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
