Ybor City Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled therapy services in our SNF setting. The role involves working within a dedicated therapy gym and collaborating closely with an interdisciplinary team to restore function and independence for residents.

Eligible candidates must have an accredited PTA program degree, Florida PTA license (or license-eligible), and SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.
