Step Up Rehab, LLC is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide skilled services inside a dedicated therapy gym within a Skilled Nursing Facility in Lecanto, FL. This full-time role involves working with residents to regain function and independence through compassionate care in an SNF setting.

The ideal candidate is licensed as a Florida PTA, with SNF or post-acute experience preferred and a collaborative approach to care within an interdisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress with care team.
