Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, FL, is seeking a licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our full-time team. Work inside the skilled nursing facility to help residents regain function and independence through skilled therapy.

The ideal candidate holds an accredited PTA program degree and Florida PTA license (or license-eligible), with SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
