Job summary

Step Up Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join the team at Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, FL. This full-time SNF role involves providing skilled PTA services in a dedicated therapy gym and working within an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

The position requires graduation from an accredited PTA program and an active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible).

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
