Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, FL, is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) for a full-time Skilled Nursing Facility role.

You will provide PTA therapy services within an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function and quality of life, in a modern therapy gym setting. Florida PTA license (or eligibility) is required; SNF/post-acute experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
• Work inside the dedicated therapy gym within Solaris HealthCare Bayonet Point in Hudson, helping residents regain function through skilled, compassionate care.
