Solaris HealthCare Plant City is seeking a full-time PTA to join our skilled nursing facility team. You will work in the rehab gym providing therapy to residents and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.

Requirements include a graduate of an accredited PTA program and active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible). SNF or post-acute experience is preferred, and Net Health knowledge is a plus.
