Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed PTA to provide skilled therapy services in SNF settings, including The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health, and Hawthorne Health & Rehabilitation Center in Sarasota, FL. The role focuses on helping residents regain function with a compassionate, patient-centered approach.

PRN position with increased rates when medical benefits are waived. Florida PTA license (or eligible) and SNF/post-acute experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
