Step Up Rehab, the in-house therapy provider at Lake Bennet Health and Rehabilitation Center, seeks a licensed PTA for service in a Skilled Nursing Facility. This PRN position offers increased rates when benefits are waived and requires Florida PTA licensure or eligibility.

You will deliver skilled PTA therapy, work within a dedicated rehab gym, and coordinate with the interdisciplinary team to enhance residents’ safety, independence, and quality of life.

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
