Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Lake Bennet Health and Rehabilitation Center. A PRN Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) position is available for licensed Florida professionals within a Skilled Nursing Facility, offering increased rates when medical benefits are waived.

The PTA will work inside a dedicated therapy gym, delivering skilled services to residents and collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to improve function and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
