Step Up Rehab is seeking a licensed Florida PTA to provide skilled therapy services in a Skilled Nursing Facility. You will work PRN in a dedicated therapy gym at Lake Bennet Health and Rehabilitation Center, joining an interdisciplinary team to help residents regain function and independence.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited PTA program.
• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required.
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred.
