Job summary

Step Up Rehab is the in-house therapy provider at Lake Bennet Health and Rehabilitation Center, seeking a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a PRN role in a SNF. The PTA will work inside a dedicated therapy gym, delivering skilled services to residents to restore function and independence.

Qualified candidates hold a Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) with SNF/post-acute experience preferred. Net Health knowledge is a plus; benefits waived eligibility influences pay increases.

Qualifications

• Active Florida PTA license (or license-eligible) required
• Graduate of an accredited PTA program
• SNF or post-acute experience preferred
• Net Health documentation knowledge preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled PTA-related therapy services to residents in a SNF.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life.
