Job summary

We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist Assistant to join our clinical team at LRSolutions, LLC. The PTA will support licensed therapists with patient care, documentation, and coordination of treatment programs.

You will work under supervision, follow state regulations, lift up to 50 pounds, and maintain accurate records. We offer competitive compensation and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PTA or PT program.
• Current valid State license/registration and CPR certification.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds independently and stand/walk for the majority of a shift.
• Strong teamwork, time management, and active listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Carry out skilled treatment programs under the direction of a licensed Physical Therapist.
• Record patient activities and charges using medical terminology in a timely fashion.
• Maintain respectful dialogue with patients, families, and medical staff.
• Adhere to State Practice Acts, OSHA standards, and Medicare regulations.
